Thermal insulation is the core of what ZENECO does: keeping process heat inside equipment, keeping cold environments cold, and keeping surfaces safe to work around. The right system is never just a material — it is a thickness, a build-up and an installation method engineered for the actual operating conditions.
التحدي الهندسي
ما الذي يجعل الأمر صعباً
Every uninsulated or under-insulated surface is a continuous loss: energy, temperature stability and safety margin. At high temperatures, radiation losses grow steeply and material limits are tested; at low temperatures, condensation and moisture threaten performance. Selecting insulation on generic ratings alone routinely leads to systems that underperform in real service.
متطلبات الأداء
- Correct classification and continuous service temperature for the real operating case
- Thermal conductivity behaviour across the full temperature range, not a single point value
- Mechanical resilience for vibration, movement and maintenance traffic
- Compatibility with atmosphere, moisture and process chemistry
- Safe surface temperatures for personnel protection
منهجية ZENECO
كيف نحل المشكلة
ZENECO starts from the operating case: temperatures, atmosphere, geometry and access. Heat flow calculations establish the required thermal resistance; material selection then matches fibre, microporous, vacuum panel or refractory solutions — often in combination — to the duty. The result is a documented system: layers, thicknesses, fixings and installation details.
