What makes this hard
Every uninsulated or under-insulated surface is a continuous loss: energy, temperature stability and safety margin. At high temperatures, radiation losses grow steeply and material limits are tested; at low temperatures, condensation and moisture threaten performance. Selecting insulation on generic ratings alone routinely leads to systems that underperform in real service.

How we solve it
ZENECO starts from the operating case: temperatures, atmosphere, geometry and access. Heat flow calculations establish the required thermal resistance; material selection then matches fibre, microporous, vacuum panel or refractory solutions — often in combination — to the duty. The result is a documented system: layers, thicknesses, fixings and installation details.
